It was better than the picture absolutely Gorgeous. We will definitely use our new favorite Charming Blooms. I'm giving them a 3-4 only because it didn't have roses all the way around. Filler was put in instead of a rose. For spending $100 I feel 6 more roses shouldn't be too much to ask for.
